Square Product Page – Square Integration App

📃Page Overview:

The product page is divided into four main sections:

1. All: Displays all products currently available in your Square store.

2. Imported: Shows products that are already Imported to Shopify.

3. Linked: Products that are automatically linked between Square and Shopify based on matching titles or SKUs are also shown here.

4. Not Imported: Lists products available only in Square that have not yet been uploaded to Shopify.

🔍 Search & Filter Options:

On the right-hand side of the page, you will find the search and filter tools:

1. Search by Product Type: Filter products based on whether they are Single or Variation products.

2. Item Location: If you have multiple Square locations, you can filter based on those

3. Items per Page: Choose how many products to display per page. The default is 10, and you can increase it up to 50.

4. Sort Options: Products can be sorted by: Alphabetical order , Last created & Ascending/Descending

📦 Product Details

Each product displays key details such as:

• Title
• SKU
• Inventory Information (very important!)

Inventory Breakdown: You will see a label like this: "100 connected / 100 total"

• Connected: Inventory in the connected Shopify location only.
• Total: Inventory across all Shopify locations.

📤Import to Shopify:

• If a product is not yet imported to Shopify, you will see only the Square icon.
• Once imported, you will see both Square and Shopify icons.
• If products are auto-linked based on SKU/Title, you will also see both icons.

In the Actions column, you will find:

• Import to Shopify: Manually import the product to Shopify.

You can:

• Imports products individually
• Or bulk select and export multiple products at once
