# Shopify Product Page – Square Integration App

|| This documentation will help you understand how to navigate and use the Shopify Product Page in our Square Integration App.


### __Page Overview:__

###### **The product page is divided into three main sections:**

1. **All**: Displays **all products** currently available in your Shopify store.

2. **Exported**: 
* Shows products that are already **uploaded to Square**.
* Products that are **automatically linked** between Shopify and Square based on **matching titles or SKUs** are also shown here.

3. **Not Exported**: Lists products available **only in Shopify** that have **not yet been uploaded** to Square.

### 🔍 __Search & Filter Options__

**On the right-hand side of the page, you'll find the search and filter tools:**

1. **Search by Product Type**: Filter products based on whether they are **Single** or **Variation** products.

2. **Items per Page**: Choose how many products to display per page. The default is **10**, and you can increase it up to **50**.

3. **Sort Options**: Products can be sorted by: Alphabetical order , Last created & Ascending/Descending

### 📦 __Product Details__


1. **Single Product: **Each product displays key details such as:

* **Title**
* **SKU**
* **Inventory Information** (very important!)

**Inventory Breakdown: **You will see a label like this: **"100 connected / 100 total"**
* **Connected**: Inventory in the **connected Shopify location** only.
* **Total**: Inventory **across all Shopify locations**.

|| 📝 Note: Our app only syncs inventory for the connected location between Shopify and Square.


2. **Variation Product:** Variation products function similarly, but with a few additional details.

**Each variant has its own:**
* **SKU**
* **Stock**
* **Attribute (e.g., Size, Color)**

###### __Example:__

* A variation product has 4 variants.
* Each variant has **100 inventory** in the **connected location**.
* Display will show:** Connected: 400 / Total: 400**

### 📤__Export to Square: __

* If a product is **not yet uploaded to Square**, you will see only the **Shopify icon**.
* Once exported, you will see **both Shopify and Square icons**.
* If products are **auto-linked** based on **SKU/Title**, you will also see both icons.

In the **Actions** column, you will find:
* **Export to Square: **Manually upload the product to Square.

**You can:**
* Export products **individually**
* Or **bulk select** and export multiple products at once
