Shopify Product Page – Square Integration App

This documentation will help you understand how to navigate and use the Shopify Product Page in our Square Integration App.

Page Overview:

The product page is divided into three main sections:

All: Displays all products currently available in your Shopify store.

Exported:

Shows products that are already uploaded to Square.
Products that are automatically linked between Shopify and Square based on matching titles or SKUs are also shown here.

Not Exported: Lists products available only in Shopify that have not yet been uploaded to Square.

On the right-hand side of the page, you'll find the search and filter tools:

Search by Product Type: Filter products based on whether they are Single or Variation products.

Items per Page: Choose how many products to display per page. The default is 10, and you can increase it up to 50.

Sort Options: Products can be sorted by: Alphabetical order , Last created & Ascending/Descending

📦 Product Details

Single Product: Each product displays key details such as:

Title
SKU
Inventory Information (very important!)

Inventory Breakdown: You will see a label like this: "100 connected / 100 total"

Connected: Inventory in the connected Shopify location only.
Total: Inventory across all Shopify locations.

📝 Note: Our app only syncs inventory for the connected location between Shopify and Square.

Variation Product: Variation products function similarly, but with a few additional details.

Each variant has its own:

SKU
Stock
Attribute (e.g., Size, Color)

Example:

A variation product has 4 variants.
Each variant has 100 inventory in the connected location.
Display will show: Connected: 400 / Total: 400

📤Export to Square:

If a product is not yet uploaded to Square, you will see only the Shopify icon.
Once exported, you will see both Shopify and Square icons.
If products are auto-linked based on SKU/Title, you will also see both icons.

In the Actions column, you will find:

Export to Square: Manually upload the product to Square.

You can:

Export products individually
Or bulk select and export multiple products at once
