Linked Inventory Page – Square Integration App

The Linked Inventory page helps you view products that exist in both Shopify and Square, and are automatically linked based on matching SKUs. This is especially useful for managing stock levels and ensuring synchronization across platforms.

📃Page Overview:

This page displays products from both Shopify and Square that share the same SKU.
Even if you do not manually link or import/export a product, it will appear here as linked if the SKU matches in both platforms.

🔍 Search & Filtering:

You can search for linked products by:

Title
SKU

This allows you to quickly find and verify which products are linked across Shopify and Square.

📦 Linked Product Listing:

Each row in the list shows the following:

Product Title
SKUs
Total Stock (All Locations) : Displays combined inventory for all locations in both platforms.
Shared SKU Count: Indicates the number of matching SKUs between Shopify and Square for that product.

Click the dropdown arrow next to a product to view more detailed inventory breakdown. Once expanded, you will see:

Square Inventory

Shows inventory per Square location. ( Exp: Kritika's shop2 & Kritika's shop1)
Each location displays its own available stock.

Shopify Inventory

Shows inventory for the connected Shopify location(s).

📝 Note: The inventory sync is handled only for the connected locations in both platforms. If a location is not connected in the app, its inventory won’t sync.

It provides visibility into stock levels across connected locations.
You can verify and troubleshoot inventory mismatches efficiently from one place.
