Customers Page - Square Integration App

The Customer Page shows customers that exist in your Shopify and Square accounts, and are synced through our integration app. This page helps you track and manage customer data that is automatically synchronized between the two platforms.


🚨Important Note:


Customers created after app installation: Will automatically sync between Shopify and Square.


Customers created before installation: Will not sync automatically.


📌 If you want to sync the old customer, please contact our support team, and they will assist you in syncing the old customer who meets the client requirements.




🔄 How Customer Sync Works:


Once you install the application, any new customer created in Shopify or Square, whether through "manual creation" or via "order placement," will be automatically synced to the other platform.


  • Customers created in Shopify → synced to Square
  • Customers created in Square → synced to Shopify


⚠️ Important Sync Criteria:


For customers to sync successfully, the following fields are mandatory:


On Shopify

  • Customer Full name
  • Customer Email
  • Customer Phone no
  • Customer Addresss (City, Province, Zip, Country)

On Square

  • Customer Full name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Address (Address 1, 2, locality, postal code, country)
