Within the Not Imported section, you can find the products from Square that you wish to transfer to Shopify:

To import your Square product individually, click the "Import to Shopify" button. Alternatively, you can choose to bulk-select the products and import them to Shopify:

Next, you'll be redirected to a new page displaying the list of selected products. If you change your mind and want you can exclude some items or add more products before initiating the import process. When everything looks good, click the "Import to Shopify" button.

How can I sync the inventory of my products between Shopify and Square?

|| Your product inventory is synced in both directions based on the connected Shopify and Square locations.

Let's go through the process of syncing your inventory step by step:

In your onboarding page once you connect your location between Shopify and Square, you have option to choose your primary source of inventory:

||| If you set your primary source as Shopify, your Shopify inventory will overwrite the inventory of the Square products for the connected location. Similarly, if you choose Square as the primary source of inventory, it will overwrite the Shopify product inventory for the connected location.

Once you complete your onboarding process and select the primary source, the inventory overwrite process will be initiated according to your configuration:

|| Please wait until the process is completed. This process will ensure that your inventory matches between Shopify and Square for the connected location, allowing you to manage your inventory more effectively.

How do you export your Shopify products to Square?

Follow the steps below to upload your Shopify products to Square:

Please navigate to the Shopify Products page in our app:

Proceed to the "Not Exported" section and choose the products you wish to upload. (You have the option to search for products by SKU and title.)

Export Single Product: To upload the products individually, please click on the "Export to Square" button, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

Export by Selecting Multiple Products: If you want to export multiple products simultaneously, you have the option to select the products you intend to upload and then proceed by clicking on the "Export products to Square" button, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

Next, you'll be redirected to a new page displaying the list of selected products. If you change your mind and want to exclude some items, simply use the "Remove" button to delete them from the upload list. When everything looks good, click the "Export to Square" but

How is the inventory of Shared SKUs products handled by our system?

Once you complete your onboarding process and select the primary source, the inventory overwrite process will be initiated according to your configuration.

Once this process is completed and if you have Shared SKUs in Square our app will detect that and will shown you the option to either sync inventory for that products or not:

|| Please Note: currently our application only detects the Shared SKUs for Square product's only.

If any user has Shared SKUs, their product inventory will not be synced initially. Only when you enable "Sync Shared SKUs Inventory" then inventory start to sync between Shopify and Square for those products.

|| This step will ensure that your inventory is not mismatched or overwritten unknowingly, and you can configure your SKUs before proceeding further.

You can change this settings anytime you want from the "Configurations" --> " Inventory " page of our application:

| If you have products with the same "Title" or "SKUs " in Shopify and Square, our app will automatically link those products. Those products will be listed on the " Linked " tab in the Square products page of our application, as shown in the screenshot below:

Below are the criteria that will be listed in this section:

Products should have the same titles and SKUs.
For the variations products (e.g., size and color), the variation count, variation product titles, and SKUs must be the same.

|| Important Note: Based on your primary source settings and sync settings, any update made will be sync to both platforms.

How force sync inventory works based on SKUs within the application?

Let's go through the process and criteria of syncing your inventory based on SKUs step by step:

Since inventory sync is based on SKUs, the same SKUs must exist in both Shopify and Square.
Inventory will sync according to the Primary Source selected in the application. You can update this setting anytime from the configuration page.

Note: If Shopify is set as the primary source and duplicate SKUs exist in Shopify, those products will be skipped, and their inventory will not sync.
Shared SKUs in Square:

If Shopify is the primary source and when perform force sync , inventory will sync for all shared SKUs in Square only if the "Sync Shared SKU Inventory" setting is enabled.
